Custom Fabricated Loading Dock Equipment | Lots A Ramps
Searching for Custom Loading Dock Equipment? We Can Make It For You!
At Lots A Ramps, we understand that not every facility can use standard-size equipment, so we have the ability to make custom loading dock equipment. Our facility has the ability to cut, burn, weld, and machine large fabrications. In addition, we have the skillset to help you go from idea to finished project.
Our engineers are fluent in CAD and 3D model drawings. As a result, we can read, draw, and manufacture your detailed specifications.
Our team also includes highly trained welders. They use 650 amp capacity welding stations with fixtures for up to 40-foot weldments. We also employ robotic welding stations to assist the process.
The machinists at Lots A Ramps have the skills and knowledge to work with a variety of different steel and alloy materials. In addition, they have a machine shop to support this wide variety. Our machine shop includes two vertical mills with table sizes measuring 108 by 360 inches and 120 by 240 inches. Our burning department includes a 275 amp high definition plasma station with a 10 by 40-foot table. Finally, they also have access to our press brakes. Clearly, the options are nearly endless.
Six overhead cranes move up to 30,000 pounds safely around the facility, so we can manufacture your project from start to finish. For the final stage, our finishing department includes a 34 by 39-foot paint room. Thus, we can meet your large-scale painting needs with experienced finishers.
